The Hazard Herald - Hazard, Kentucky
Created artwork
for advertisements published in The Hazard Herald
newspaper using Adobe Photoshop CS & CS2 and
Illustrator CS2. Compiled articles and information
to be published in The Hazard Herald newspaper using
Quark XPress 6.1, 6.5, & 7.1. Transferred the
newspaper to our printer using Quark XPress v6.5 &
7.1, Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0.8, and Fetch on
Apple iMac running OS X (10.4.8).
Worked with
clients to create, edit, & revise advertisements for
publishing in the Hazard Herald. Provided customer
service and public relations to clients and callers
who contact the Hazard Herald.
Handled the
organization of content to be published, as well as
the content that has been published in previous
issues. Created back-ups of past issues and artwork
for archival purposes.
Maintained a mixed network of
